Gosh forbid you get sick and have to postpone care. When we wanted to start care again, no one would call me back. I finally gave up and went to another ortho. After I wrote emails and used a contact sheet on their website someone finally got back to me because at that point I requested a refund of part of the $1750 I had paid. My daughter literally had two little metal pieces placed in her mouth and that is it and 2 visits. They informed me there would be no refund, that we had used all of the 1750 due to consult, etc.... read more
My daughter initially went to Harmony when she had her braces and her teeth turned out great! Now I just completed the Invislign treatment myself. They initially told me it would take 14 months. They were wrong. It only took 9 months. As long as you wear them like you are supposed to, you will get great results! Dr. Hardin is a great individual and their services are awesome.
