The Kenosha Senior Living team provides excellent care for their residents. They have a such a positive vibe with all of their activities going on. Overall a wonderful community!
My grandma has been here for three months now and has just been going down hill. Staff does not communicate with other shifts, lack of urgency with communication to the family and they have left her to sit multiple times in soiled briefs she's caught utis, they do not cater to meal plans...they are literally robots and will not work outside of what their computers tell them. Massive lack of compassion and attention to detail
Clarissa is very amazing to work with and always gives her all to patients god bless her highly recommended to your loved ones
