Meghan was extremely kind and thorough with her assessment and in putting together a treatment plan for me. I sought out her care as I was dealing with an immense amount of stress, insomnia, and pain. She validated my concerns and helped me to prioritize self-care, as well as put me on a supplement protocol that within weeks returned me to my normal self. Meghan discovered the root of my symptoms within days of hearing from my therapist the symptoms I was suffering from. Meghan took over after my first naturopathic practitioner did some basic nutrition work in addition to getting me off all of the big pharma junk I was on for many years (which did more harm in the long run). Meghan is thoughtful, thorough, and really cares about her patients. I went to her during a really tough pregnancy and she suggested many different supplements and lifestyle changes to help. She is not pushy, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back to see Meghan.
