I called the morning before my appointment to get a price quote. I was told gel pedicures start at $40 and a fill would be $41 plus $5 for a basic French tip. Based on that, I expected around $86–$87 total. I got a regular gel pedicure and a fill with a basic French tip and was charged $107. When I mentioned the quote I received that morning, the person was rude and denied giving me those prices. I didn’t bring enough money because I relied on the quote I was given over the phone. ive gotten my nails done here the past year once a month, and i neverrr have problems unless i get this one lady. she was so mean, tugging on my arm, slamming my hand on the counter and such, i have cuts under every single one of my nails from her filing, when id flinch from the pain she’d sit there and roll her eyes, then tug my arm again when she started again, when she was trimming my cuticles she started cutting at a healing 2nd degree burn on my finger. i needed a new set and she ripped the old nails off and trimmed my ... read more
