Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Harmony Nails. This was only my second visit, my first experience was actually great, thanks to a skilled technician who no longer works there. Not suprised the manger has a bad attitude and zero customer service skills. But this time was very disappointing. The environment felt unhygienic, and the color I requested (which I’ve used for two years) turned out completely off—more beige than the usual soft pink-to-white. Elahna is INCREDIBLE! So methodical and detail oriented. I always enjoy her massages and her work is impeccable! Love getting my nails done by her. Highly recommend!
