Good value for the price and the massage pressure was excellent. The hot stone treatment was a nice bonus, and Eva did a great job. The only downside was that the room had a slight smell and could feel a bit cleaner. Hopefully this can be improved, because otherwise the experience was enjoyable.

I went yesterday for a massage and didn’t have a good experience. I was in the room and after 5 minutes the lady left the room with door wide open to get a towel to cover my hair. She started on my shoulders and I said that it was tight there. She didn’t understand that I was saying so again left the door wide open and got the front staff to translate what I was saying. Had a truly great massage with Lucy, she has great technique and is able to pinpoint your tight areas and help you relax. She is able to control the pressure to your preference and will keep in mind your needs. Will definitely be coming back here.

Absolutely horrible customer service etiquette. After the massage was finished and I had already paid and left a tip, the staff asked me for **an additional tip** because they felt I “didn’t tip enough.” I have never experienced anything like that anywhere. Tipping is **optional** and meant to reflect service that is excellent and above and beyond. Definitely won’t come again. Poor technique, lazy massager with bad attitude, force customer to increase tip amount. Very regret to pay this price to get this uncomfortable experience!
