Absolutely horrible customer service etiquette. After the massage was finished and I had already paid and left a tip, the staff asked me for **an additional tip** because they felt I “didn’t tip enough.” I have never experienced anything like that anywhere. Tipping is **optional** and meant to reflect service that is excellent and above and beyond. Came to this place with upper back problems, I had an excellent experience with service and technique used by the Lady who took care of me. Front desk lady was very accommodating and patience. I will definitely recommend this place. My back feels a lot better now and feel so relax. Thank you!
I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, but the service has become completely unreliable. I’ve booked appointments several times over the phone, only to show up and be told everyone is busy and they can’t take me. This has happened more than once over different visits. It honestly feels like they don’t care about regular customers anymore. Very poor scheduling, zero accountability, and no respect for people’s time. I won’t be coming back.
Edit- Haha, are you sure about the below details. I tipped 10$ at the reception even before the massage was being done. And after the massage you forced to pay more 10$. You cannot wash your hands off your wrongdoing by saying that the customer asked for HJ, you knew I didn’t ask for anything like that. LIARS!! Disappointing. Such a rude owner and masseur. Upon checking in, the staff escorted us to the treatment room without explaining the procedure. Unbeknownst to us, they began speaking in Mandarin, making disparaging comments about us.
