I used to come to Harmony all the time, but my usual therapist left. I was reluctant to try someone new—especially after a bad prior experience here—and unfortunately, I was proven right. The massage was horrible. The therapist walked around constantly, kept coughing, and used extremely strange techniques, like leaving hot stones under a towel on my body and putting an unidentified product on my face. If you are a sedentary desk worker and have neck/shoulder pain or get tension migraines or have an old orthopedic injury or sciatica or really just want to get the best massage you have ever gotten in your life - go see Jack!! I go every 2 weeks and I don’t even need to tell him what areas are bothering me most at the time - he just knows!! I swear the head/neck massage part has helped so much with preventing forward head posture, too. The front desk staff are all so incredibly nice. I came in for a full body massage initially. I decided to add the 1/2 hour foot massage, and I can’t say it was enjoyable. It didn’t feel like a foot massage, but more of an oiled down foot rub. It was also in fast motion. I decided not to get the body massage after that because I didn’t want to be disappointment. I had high hopes, but the masseuse I had ruined further interest here for me.
