I regret to say that I've had to discontinue my therapeutic relationship with Heather and her once capable hands. I will say up front that Miss Heather runs a tight ship and has a genuine concern for her clients and their well-being. That said, when my 10-year-old service dog Finn was diagnosed with cancer I decided to fight it to save his life because he is family. Things changed, it meant I would have to cancel appointments to use that money for cancer treatments rather than massages. I did not communicate this to Heather.... read more
