I can't recommend the mechanic at Harmony Marine enough. He came in on his day off just to take a look at my boat after I had been completely let down by the person I bought it from. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he went above and beyond to get it fixed. It's hard to find someone as honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful as he is. We were camping at Heber Springs for a family wk end. After traveling for 3 hrs we put the boat in the lake and noticed within 10 minutes that something was wrong. It was the belt. Friday morning we started calling boat repair shops in our vicinity and no one would fix it. Everyone said they were too busy. When we talked to Danny, without hesitation, said bring it in. We cannot recommend Danny highly enough! We had a big weekend planned with friends, and when we got to our boat, it wouldn’t run. We called Danny the next morning, and he came out right away. Danny was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly figured out the problem. He had us fixed up and back on the water in no time. Amazing service! We had our boat serviced in NWA, drove 3.5 hours to put in at Greers Ferry, only for our boat not to start. We called Harmonys on Friday night, just hoping to get an answering service stating valid hours. We were shook when the owner answered and said bring it in on Saturday morning! He had us up and going by 2pm that day! Thank you!!!
