i recently used a driver. all went well until end of night and i checked to make sure was going to get her tip.... that i had paid infull along with the trip charge... she said she doesn't get tips from the company....only what customers give her in cash......when i reached out to the company.... no response for 3 days..finally got ahold of the owner Shayna. when i asked about the tip..she said that was a service charge..not a tip!!! when i asked her to explain what that meant...she YELLED at me loudly and said she is too bu... read more

We recently used Harmony for shuttling family back and forth to St. Louis. Definitely a 5 star service ***** Contact with the drivers was as promised... both picking up family at St. Louis Lambert/dropping them off at our house (4 passengers) then picking them up and dropping them back off at St. Louis Lambert (5 passengers) went smoothly. Different drivers each way and both arrived on time as promised, very friendly, helpful loading/unloading, dependable, and safe drivers. A plus was that Harmony has carseats. I can’t express enough how awesome Harmony was with airport service for my recent trip to Paris with my daughter. Both of the SUVs used were new, very elegant, and spotless. Both of our drivers were so friendly and made us feel like rockstars. I also appreciate how they kept an eye on all of the flight delays and were right on time. I’m so thankful we used Harmony and will be recommending them to all who will listen. Bravo!!
