Melissa’s yoga+bodywork session was fantastic. Everything we did was thoughtful and targeted to my problem/high stress areas. Melissa was very conscious of cues/poses that caused me difficulty and adjusted our session immediately to address them. Ended the session feeling calm, relaxed and more limber. I will be back!! Strongly recommend.
