We purchased our insurance policy from Nick to cover our six units nationwide. After three months, we received a notice that our policy was being canceled. Upon inquiry, we learned the policy was bonded for only a 100-mile radius—despite my clear request and email correspondence for 48-state coverage. Nick later claimed the carrier’s online system had a glitch, which caused the incorrect quote. This situation appears highly misleading and unprofessional. I would stay away from them as it seems like it was done intentionally.
