Tyson helped me with my aging 30 year old furnace retrofit that required a complicated design because of the limited space. Not only did he do great workmanship, he was also very fair with his billing. Despite some unexpected complications with some old gas and plumbing pipes, he helped fix everything properly and he worked late into the night to finish the job because the temperatures of the house were going to be freezing the next day. I was charged $262 for checking on a report of a smoke alarm going off. When I inquired about the charge, I was told, ‘please call someone else next time.’ I found this response disappointing and not reflective of the service I’ve experienced as a loyal customer.
Had issues with the furnace. Tyson was courteous, personable, professional, and thorough. Highly recommended!
Tyson has saved us multiple times when our AC and our furnace broke. He comes as soon as he can and it’s always fixed when he leaves. Comes on his day off in the summer. The absolute best service!!
