P.O.V. - Your doctor makes an appointment without you knowing has their service send automessages to a phone number that's been out of service for two months. Never makes one personable phone call because if they did they would know that number is out of service. You miss an appointment that you were unaware of because you didn't make it and no one told you that you had one and then the offices charges you for a missed appointment..
