I am so happy I decided to take on this journey with the Metabolic Balance program Not only have I lost weight (13-14 lbs) but it has taught me to see and feel the foods that don’t work for me and my body. Weather you are a picky eater (like me) or not, there is so much food selection that you will not feel restricted about choice at all. There is always some work to getting to any goal ;).
