The front desk clerk is 1 of the rudest clerks ever!! Cursed me out (literally) for ringing the help bell for assistance. Called me all out of my name because I refused to continue to stand there & listen to her fuss & moan about how much she hates her job & that the guests were getting on her nerves. The room door lock was off track and I couldn't get in the room. Had to use a card to unjam the room door. No telephones in the room, carpet was filthy, TV didn't work properly.
