My son has been in this facility for 6 years and just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. Care was sub-par under ABCM however since Legacy has purchased the facility, this place should be condemned. They're severly under staffed, often using "floaters" to cover multiple wings. The staff they have is inexperienced and they have no training. The employees worth keeping have left due to poor management or have been terminated because they challenged management. This care facility is one of a kind. The staff demonstrate integrity, empathy, and compassion in their interactions with the special residents. Whoever started the greenhouse deserves applause. I have been coming to the greenhouse many years and have observed first hand residents benefiting from the therapeutic experience. The greenhouse has a true healing and joyful impact on their body, mind, and spirit!
