The employees work hard and are friendly and kind.
My grandfather was transferred to this facility from the Harmony House in Little falls.After being at the Brainerd facility for a few years hospice care nurse informed us he was not being taken care of properly and told us to move him as soon as possible. My grandfather had Alzheimer's and was unable to take care of himself at all hundred percent cares. My mom was not happy either with the care there
