UPDATE! Just had my lease buy out inspection, and I was lucky to have Stacey as my service advisor again. He is so attentive. He always checks my paper work and he noticed my comprehensive coverage ends in 3 days. They found a leak in my tail pipe and said it won't be covered if I wait. So even though I didn't have an appointment he was able to squeeze me to make sure I got it covered. I know nothing about cars. And getting your car serviced can be confusing. I made an appointment for car maintenance a week ago, and I arrived at the service center on time today. My appointment time was 11:45 (for maintenance of my CRV). The staff told me that it would take 2 hours to complete and asked me to pick up the car at 13:30 (I believe that a basic maintenance such as changing the oil and filter would take 2 hours is enough). I bought my Honda in white rock and always loved and trusted the service team. After moving to Kelowna I normally dreaded getting my car serviced at this location. I found the staff cold and unfriendly and would bully me into getting more services then I could afford. Until my appointment yesterday with a new employee. STACEY WAS AMAZING! I brought all my previous paperwork expecting to be pushed into more things then I needed.
