Brought my car in for an airbag recall and they completed it on time and even booked an Uber free of charge for me to pick it up, on top of a free multipoint inspection and car wash! Incredible service and I didn't even pay anything!

A big NO to Harmony Honda Service! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. By far the worst customer service experience I have had in Canada. I had to chase the team constantly for answers. Waiting 9 days just to get a rental vehicle was completely unacceptable. This experience has destroyed my trust in Honda, and I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Very disappointing service. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Honda. If negative ratings were possible, I would give one. It took 9 days to arrange a rental vehicle. I was told it could have been arranged immediately if I had been in Kelowna. It felt like the level of service depended on the customer's location rather than the situation.
