I absolutely love getting my services done with Harmony Honda, especially when they are unexpected because everything gets handled very efficiently. Wolfgang was amazing at getting my car back to me in a timely manner and great at explaining to me what problems I had and how the fixes were made! Thank you to Wade at the parts counter for helping me get sorted with the shuttle, always nice to see a friendly face. And shoutout to their shuttle driver Bill who has awesome stories to tell! UPDATE! Just had my lease buy out inspection, and I was lucky to have Stacey as my service advisor again. He is so attentive. He always checks my paper work and he noticed my comprehensive coverage ends in 3 days. They found a leak in my tail pipe and said it won't be covered if I wait. So even though I didn't have an appointment he was able to squeeze me to make sure I got it covered. I know nothing about cars. And getting your car serviced can be confusing. I made an appointment for car maintenance a week ago, and I arrived at the service center on time today. My appointment time was 11:45 (for maintenance of my CRV). The staff told me that it would take 2 hours to complete and asked me to pick up the car at 13:30 (I believe that a basic maintenance such as changing the oil and filter would take 2 hours is enough).
