Absolutely horrible experience. Very few workers actually care about the work they are doing and the ones who do are seeking better employment (as they should). Most of them, including the owner, are ignorant of many crucial laws and policies and frequently do things "off the books." Honestly, this business shouldn't exist. Its actually more damaging to the people they supposedly help.
