Dave Klutch was great! He responded fast and was friendly. We needed a home inspection done sooner than later and he was able to do one in that timeframe. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

Did a poor job, missed several things that were wrong. Was unwilling to take responsibility despite agreeing that he missed numerous issues.
Dave was absolutely amazing. Super nice, super knowledgable, super responsive. You can tell he really cares. I would recommend to anyone.
I would HIGHLY recommend Dave to anyone buying a home. I found him through my mother who purchased her new house in Eden Prairie a couple years back. He was so incredibly thorough that I remembered him for when I was ready to buy our first home in Mound. He took his time to explain everything to make sure we understood what was going on, what was necessary to get fixed, what didn't necessarily need to be fixed- just noted, and helped us figure things out from start to finish.
