Harmony Home Care has provided knowledgeable and caring staff members to assist my elderly mother. My mother is so pleased with their help and companionship. I am pleased because knowing that my mom is being cared for, brings a balance to my life, allowing me time to meet with my friends and grandkids.
I can't say enough about how pleased our family was with Monica's care for my dad. She was always very conscientious and seemed genuinely concerned for my dad's well being. She would go above and beyond doing extra things like making floral arrangements for my dad to give to me for my birthday or texting me with ideas or concerns for my dad. Perfect caretaking agency! We've been using another agency from Aliso Viejo for about 6-12 months but we've had countless problems and were very unhappy w/ their caretakers. So I researched an agency closer to our house in Yorba Linda and from my research w/ positive to negative reviews Harmony Home Care seemed like the best option.
