DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The property manager at our site, Hunter, has yet come by to do a full walk through of our unit. No exterminator or technician has come by to ensure this is a secure unit. It takes over a MONTH to handle work orders and allegedly they do not pay their contractors on time or at all. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this company, the property owner and the realtor.
