Place being run improperly, secretary thinks she's the assistant manager and will not give messages from residents to the manager, asking residents for items that has nothing to do with residents income like if family gives a resident money for birthday present of cash app cards,pay pal,or being helped with bills because they are short they want address and phone numbers for all whom help them.
Not very resident friendly, poor maintenance and upkeep, bedbugs and roach problem, no security, flooding problems and the list goes on
It's a mess, drug addicts, drunks, a lot of people who need a mental health checks, others who have but don't care to change there habits patterns etc you get help to change not stay the same lol it's so you can grow & some knowledge, I understand some people aren't capable of change , but I also think for the pharmaceutical companies it's better to just keep them dumb and co dependent on the meds a lot of drama no peace of mind unless u want to be a hermit not worth the time and energy terrible place to even stay for a litt... read more

Nice, affordable housing. All appliances are new. Staff members work very hard, to make it a safe and secure environment for everyone.
