This tower building is horrible the staff are horrible the only one who seems to care is the lady on the bottom floor. The staff and managers that are to maintain the property and keep it clean are not doin the job they are being pay to do , the halls stay filthy, the trash shoots stay full and because of this more bugs and mice are coming to eat the trash that are in the shoot! that is not being cleaned and disposed of in a timely fashion! then they wanna charge the residents a fee if they leave the trash outside next to th... read more

I've been waiting since Friday 11/7/25 at 3:30 in the afternoon to get a call back from Alicia who's supposed to be the apartment coordinator cuz I needed them to do a wellness check on my mother and they refused saying they're not allowed. My mother has lived in that apartment building since 2008 I have seen so much I have heard so much she has endured so much it's gone through three to four different managers in the past 3 years because the managers that had it embezzled and now they're working there again I could go on ab... read more

Place being run improperly, secretary thinks she's the assistant manager and will not give messages from residents to the manager, asking residents for items that has nothing to do with residents income like if family gives a resident money for birthday present of cash app cards,pay pal,or being helped with bills because they are short they want address and phone numbers for all whom help them.
