Very disappointed with Bert (sales department) and some of their workers. Recently a tree fell on my house, breaking my brand new A/C unit and ductwork. They came and replaced it no problem, but one of the workers broke the air diffuser (ceiling vents) because he had no idea how to open the vent and forced it open. Bert is now refusing to purchase the replacement diffuser that his men broke. I will be getting all of my yearly A/C service done by other businesses from now on.
Yesterday our air conditioning system was serviced by Harmony Heating. Steve, the technician, arrived and introduced himself and would not enter our house until he placed his shoe covers on. Steve is very friendly, courteous, and respectful. As Steve inspected our system he explained what he was doing and gave me a complete overview of the service and made some suggestions. I highly recommend Harmony and especially Steve.
