RecommendedSo we had a misunderstanding with booking an appointment , but the owners were wonderful in making it right and contacting me so we could get my fireplace working. Turns out it was user error, but they took the time to walk us through everything so we fully understood our fireplace and didn’t have any issues this winter. They really went above and beyond in making us feel valued as customers and making sure we understood our fireplace completely.

Had a good experience getting my fireplace cleaned and good explanations by the tech
Live in Laramie and got a second hand stove and was shocked when none of the local stores would install the piping through my roof. Harmony Hearth & Home not only drove over the hill to do this, they did it in timely and professional manner.
They do outstanding work and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend them!
