The salon was immaculately clean, and the waxing room was calming and comfortable. Isabel was incredibly professional and sweet, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Every step was explained, and comfort level was checked frequently. The experience was surprisingly quick and relatively painless, thanks to her expert technique. The skin is incredibly smooth, and the redness subsided quickly. Highly recommend her!!
