Very few providers in our area accepts this plan. Found a dr. went in to get a prescription (not opioid its chantix) it's been a week. The pharmacy said they need approval from the insurance and harmony wants to know the reason why I need the prescription from the dr.. uh to stop smoking. Still waiting
Got something from them that said fill out this health assessment and we'll give you a $10 gift card then another said go see ur doctor in the first 90 days we'll send you a $20 dollar gift card. I did both. 3 months later I get the $20 dollar gift card. Goin on 4 months later and still never received the $10 for the health assessment!! Don't do it the health assessment they be lying like a cheap Persian rug
I don’t even live in an area with this and have never heard of it yet they keep calling, so when I called to figure out why the lady on the phone got very mean with me just for saying I didn’t know why I was getting a call from them.
This insurance is not accepted by many providers in the lower Southern counties in Illinois.
