My Primary doctor that I have, comes off pleasant & educated when face to face. But, he never follows through with what he says he’s going to do. If his work load includes more than walking from room to room to see his patients, he doesn’t do it… and will lie to “save face” when confronted. People like this, tend to be hiding things and aren’t the people they show to the public. Be careful with this office.
My doctor left and I was never informed in writing or by call. I found out when I had a severe ear infection and tried to do a walk in. I was scheduled several times and they canceled my appointments each time throughout this year with no explanation.
