Melissa is a joke and an unprofessional practitioner. My girlfriend set up an appointment only to have Melissa say that she wont see her after my girlfriend rearranged her day and went to the appointment. Melissa's feelings were hurt because my girlfriend stopped seeing her before. Why would Melissa take a patient's information and set up an appointment only to be a child and refuse my girlfriend? Dr. Melissa is caring, thorough, and knowledgeable! She and her staff truly care and it shows in all they do. I moved to Manistee and needed a new doctor and she came highly recommended. She has found answers to my health deficiencies in 3 months that my other doctor didn't find in 10 years. I am truly grateful to the level of care she gives all of her patients!!
This DNP (not a doctor) spends more time talking poorly about other patients and is all over the place. She has lost her medical license more than once and was booted from Wellston Medical for incompetence. If you wanna waste time on someone that’s not even a real doctor prepare to be very disappointed. She currently has a group of people that are now filing a mutual complaint together. Melissa is as good as they come. Very welcoming, professional and gets the job done . No beating around the bush looking for answers!
