I had a very disappointing experience with at the Harmony Health Centre Dr. Winnie Lee. I found her to be unprofessional,lacking the care,clueless and effort that patients expect from a specialist. I waited over five months for my first appointment after being referred to her because she was supposed to review my test results. Instead, I had to repeat the tests, then waited another four months for a follow-up appointment. After all that waiting, I expected guidance, answers, and a treatment plan. Dr. Visser is probably one of the best OBGYNs around Ottawa. Not only is she kind, considerate, and cheerful, but she also listens to her patients concerns and has taken great care of me during my pregnancy journey. Always on time with appointments or not too long of a wait. Lovely receptionist. Highly recommend as an OBGYN.
Just witnessed the lady at the cafe give a father a hard time for his baby crying in the lobby. I couldn’t believe it. She’s stationed outside of the monarch medical center that specializes in babies and also there are obstetricians offices in the building too. She called him rude because his baby was crying. Will never buy from there again.
