Not Good Reviews At All
The receptionist on the phone line is not helpful at all. Rude and hung up on me multiple times during a crisis.
The staff there is very nasty!!!I called to check up on a family member, and an employee who stated that he was the supervisor precedes to hang up on me numerous of times. It makes me sick to my stomach knewing that people like this is taken care of your family members. The State SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
