I was excited to try out this class. I’ve never done yoga outdoors before. I’ve done yoga at gyms and studios. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I highly recommend trying it. The instructor, Ashley was on-time and very friendly and knowledgeable. The class itself was not too difficult for me and it was a nice workout. I loved the meditation and reiki at the end of class as well. I don’t ever give myself the time to quiet my mind. I definitely will be going back.

This was my first Vinyasa class, and while I came in as a beginner, by the end I felt like I could not only follow the flow, but it had started to feel natural to me -- something I never would've expected out of a first class. The class provided a solid workout that was doable at my level, but also had some (optional) advanced poses that I look forward to growing into.
