Posting this again since my inital reveiw was taken down: Signature Smiles recently acquired my former dental provider, Harmony Dental. I was notified of the change via email, and a few days before my scheduled appointment, I received a text prompting me to fill out new patient forms -- which I completed promptly. Then, just 24 hours before my appointment -- which I had booked six months in advance -- I received a call from a receptionist informing me that Signature Smiles does not accept my current insurance. I got three fillings done in one appointment and didn’t feel a thing. The staff were great and super friendly. Definitely one of my better dental experiences.
Great customer service, very professional staff and most importantly Dr.Shirinian made me feel so comfortable. Very thorough with explaining every step which helped me stay calm throughout my care plan. Highly recommended office and staff. I don’t see myself ever switching to a different dentist. Ooookay, besides the great customer service and personal experience - Dr Shirinian is not your average dentist. Not only is he very knowledgeable and good at his craft.. every time time I go by David, he’s usually learned something new, and always keeping up with the latest in his field. I realized after the fact that other dentists I’ve been to were outdated just because they don’t invest the time to keep up. Stick to someone who knows what they’re doing💯
Signature smiles has been amazing! I’ve always hated the dentist and after not going for a few years they have made me feel relaxed and welcomed. If you’re looking for a local dental office with good service please don’t look any further, choose them!
