I rarely leave reviews, but after nearly a year of dealing with this office, I feel obligated to share my experience. I chose Harmony Dental because I was advertised a fixed full-arch implant restoration. I paid approximately $24,000 with the understanding that this was a flat-fee treatment. Don't go to this office. The office manager has a poor attitude toward new patients, she was rude during both visits, very condescending, and unprofessional toward her DA when taking my xrays during my first visit. She made excuses for their lack of respect for my time during my first visit to do my cleaning, which they scheduled. They booted me out of the chair after waiting 45 minutes for the cleaning saying they were too busy that day. BEST “across the board” DENTIST & Dental office I’ve ever had. For me that’s saying A LOT! Since day 1 and to this day at Harmony Dental, I feel that I am seen, heard, treated with respect and MOST importantly to me.. I feel SAFE!! I got upper and lower “all on 4” implant posts done. Dr. Rad did a great job on the upper posts; and I finished getting the last lower 2 put in yesterday. All went smoothly. Dr. Rad’s specialist for me for this portion did excellent. I had previously given this dental office a five star review. However, there have been staffing changes and now the service is horrible. The office manager was very difficult to deal with. I was very disappointed with the service I received recently when I had my teeth cleaned and really feel it was done inadequately. And the doctor didn't even come in to do an evaluation or review x-rays with me that were taken. Very sad that this group has taken such a downturn. I was very happy with them when I initially went there.
