I have to say, the entire team at the clinic showed incredible kindness and professionalism. Dr. Rad, along with everyone else, turned what could have been a stressful dental visit into a surprisingly smooth experience, even though my procedure was pretty complex. I'm especially grateful for the outstanding care from Evelyn and Summe, they were patient, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, explaining things clearly and easing my nerves. best wishes to all of you!
It was my 1st time in this particular office, but Ive been on my dental journey with Dr. Rad for some time now. I must say the energy of the place made it feel quite safe and comfortable. Plus the staff, from the lovely Miss Summer up front to the amazing Miss Connie in back, were not just professional, they exuded empathy and made you feel important and cared for above and beyond what you'd expect going to the dentist. I have reached out several times via telephone and have not gotten my phone calls returned. I even visited what is now four (!) times during business hours and all four times, no one was there. I simply want the final iteration of my dentures, and no one wants to help.
