Too much up-selling of additional services. Not listening to my complaints. Too much time in between visits(2 wks). Changing the diagnosis every visit.
This is one of the best places to get a massage from. I received a massage from Kaelyn, and she understood my problem areas such as my neck and shoulders. I was having issues with whiplash from a riding accident and she helped relieve the pain I was having. Kaelyn is professional, and a wonderful massage therapist. Highly recommend Kaelyn! I found this chiropractor through my insurance network. I chose them because of its close proximity to my home and they had great reviews I called to schedule an appointment. They told me to call back in a couple of days so they could verify my insurance. A couple of calls later. They finally verified my insurance and told me I had a $20 copay.
