I bought a house less than a year ago, and already more than eight tiles feel loose. When you step on them they sink slightly. If you press them with your hand you can feel they move down and when you tap on them they sound hollow. Despite this, the warranty company refuses to fix the issue. They promised a full one year warranty, but it doesn't seem to mean anything. I would not recommend buying a home from Adam Homes, you may regret it. False promises.
