I needed to have a standard procedure done. I was worried about how the insurance would bill it, and the office made sure it would be billed as a medical necessity which it was. Any surgical procedure sounds terrifying but communication and trust in your surgeon is key. I relayed that I would enjoy a song request before being put under for my operation. I’ve been going to the Harmony center for years. I’ve had really good experiences with the staff and the physician Dr Gwinn as well as a nurse practitioners Chelsey and nicole. They figured out a long-standing problem that I have been dealing with for many years that other physicians were unable to diagnose. I’m planning to keep coming even though im moving an hour away
Staff is very friendly and the dr is very friendly and helpful.
