I was very pleased with how Dr. Gwinn explains things so that we can understand what the problems are and how they can be treated.
Couldn’t pay me to use Harmony ever again. I will fill in my primary doctor at Silverpine as to the conduct of this center. Took FOUR days to finally get an appointment set up. Maria, appointment coordinator, called me 11/2 days after several attempts to get through. Which I missed but called back within minutes. The cycle started all over again with no response for 2 1/2 days and several messages left by myself. When I finally got through, the OPERATOR, set up an appointment. The following is my subjective opinion and you should research thoroughly to find out the facts yourself. In our experience the staff was distant, confused, unwilling to work, admittedly not knowledgeable, suspicious, mistaken, ignorant, condescending and unprofessional. I feel empathy for anyone who has to visit or chooses to visit this office. I apologize that this review seems so harsh, I honestly wish the experience and thus the review was better.
