When it comes to your hearing we want the best doctor's. Including the staff. And they did not disappoint me.
Highly recommend Dr Gwinn’s office and staff for excellent patient experience. Everyone on staff is helpful, competent and efficient with key goal in mind to diagnose and provide the best treatment options to patients. Dr Gwinn is extremely thorough, knowledgeable with a kind disposition and bed side manner.
I never made it to be a patient because I went there today and was told that the NP was a half an hour to an hour behind. Asked if I wanted to reschedule? NO! I set my time aside, changed a work meeting to be at my appointment!!! I work full time and am taking care of my mom with Dementia. I barely have time as it is! I am suffering with a double ear infection and a hole in my right eardrum.
I finally found an ENT practice that actually listens to me! I’ve had years and years of problems and I finally have hope!
