I left my hearing aid charger at home and contacted Dr Ramacho-Talley to see if I could rent or borrow a charger for 4 days. She had a charger which she loaned me and lent me charged hearing aids until mine were charged. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs and would not charge me for her time. She even trusted me to mail the charger back to her as she was closed on Sat. Her help made my vacation a very pleasant experience. Thank you for your care & kindness.
Harmony Audiology & Dr. JeanneAnne Ramacho-Talley offer very professional, compassionate and thoughtful care. I learned a lot in my visit about hearing loss and what options were open and available to me. More importantly, Dr. Ramacho-Talley took the time to answer all my questions & thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the various types of hearing aids and hearing amplifiers. I highly recommend their services.
My recent appointment for a hearing test with Dr Ramacho was very pleasant and informative. She explained each test and thoroughly reviewed the results after, taking the time to answer all my questions. I left with a much better understanding of my hearing health and therefore able to make better, more informed decisions. I couldn't have asked for more.
