My aunt has lived in assisted living since April 2025. We have talked to staff and director multiple times about issues and concerns overvthe past year plus. They absolutely do NOT care. Ryan Niven and Shayla Brown absolutely dismiss any concern, fail to follow up, don't return phone calls, etc. If I could post pictures I would. I’ve seen how they are after you’ve left a loved one lol do not do it
The 4 young ladies that handle all our exercise, rides, other classes are all good They up lift us and make everything fun . Help with phone or any projects . The cleaning ladies are excellent and clean my place every week. The young ladies who serve our meals are kind and patient with all the residents. Silas fixes any problem promptly. Front desk staff is always very helpful. Lots of interesting and kind residents from all over the US. This is my 4th week and I am setting in for the future.
