I can definitely say that the townhomes and single-family- homes here are really nice especially with the low interest rates they help you lock in and they pay all your closing costs. The sales representatives are truly there to help you to based on your financial situation to make everything work out. Nariusky is definitely the sales representatives I recommend truly as she will tell you how the buying process is with DR Horton and will provide full transparency and integrity with you along the way.
Beautiful community with resort style pool! Sales agents were amazing especially Amanda. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for new builds. They will take care of you!

Don’t buy a house from them. Everytime we have a rain storm our window leaks. They say it’s not covered because we are in an area with hurricanes. Even small storms it leaks. They don’t care, they just want you to close fast and be done. Warranty claim after warranty claim is the same crappy excuse.
