We’ve had many issues. From sub par building quality and being lied to about the resort style pool. Just to be clear no it’s not built and there’s no plan for atleast 2 more years for it to be built. Don’t let them lie to you about it. The issue is not D.R Horton as a builder it’s the contractors that they hire and don’t hold accountable for there mistakes. If you don’t believe it drive through the community and ask people who already own their home
From start to finish, our experience with Ayleen Castillero from DR Horton from Lakeland Division was outstanding, and the homes themselves are absolutely beautiful. I can definitely say that the townhomes and single-family- homes here are really nice especially with the low interest rates they help you lock in and they pay all your closing costs. The sales representatives are truly there to help you to based on your financial situation to make everything work out. Nariusky is definitely the sales representatives I recommend truly as she will tell you how the buying process is with DR Horton and will provide full transparency and integrity with you along the way.
Beautiful community with resort style pool! Sales agents were amazing especially Amanda. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for new builds. They will take care of you!
