I am impressed with the staff's care and concern for the well being of the residents at Harmony. The daily schedule is full of activities, ranging from exercise class, to shopping trips, local outings, morning coffee gathering, happy hour, lectures and discussions, art class, choir, daily movies and more. The atmosphere is friendly, pleasant and joyful, including lovely seasonal decorations. This place is great! Beautiful on the inside and out with amazing views. The staff is very friendly. Najla and Latoya are amazing. If you are looking for senior living you need to check out this team.
Only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. The nursing staff ignore patients for hours, leaving them in soiled briefs for hours, labs with STAT orders take over10hrs to complete, they give dextros IV fluids to diabetic patients, they miss stroke signs and do not document stroke events, and even admitted to not reading patient charts for updates and current status. There is no progressive care for rehabilitation here....this is a human storage facility. Do not send loved ones here!
