Literally one of the greatest, most harmonious, well kept, delightful apartments homes in all of Indiana! Staff is the BEST. A big thank you to all of you!
Had a bad experience with their “AI assistant” where they wouldn’t give me any info until I set up a tour of the place. (Ashley place Westfield, same company) then I had an appointment for 9am at this place and scheduled it. Then they changed it to a different time when I wasn’t available and tried gaslighting me when I have the texts saying when we agreed to meet. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time, 0/10 and I would go out of my way to tell my friends not to rent here.
