Not good at all. I was advised to get a special test done for my pup to test his stool for anything that didn't look right. Doc said once it comes in call so we can go over. I called the office 4 times within a 2 week period . To this day, I STILL have not heard back. Not one call back from anyone at the office. I will never go back there.
Dr. Beg and Dr. Hernandez and staff take great care of our dogs. They truly love animals. For the last eight years they have taken care of all of our 6 dogs through preventive care, surgeries, elder care, end of life and more.
Dr. Beg and the staff are excellent and efficient to work with. We’ve been taking our family dog here for years and we feel comfortable with their care. Our dog was nervous but they made him feel at ease once he got used to the environment. All concerns were addressed and we felt confident with the plan of care. The energy in this place reminds me of zen and peace. I would recommend to anyone need vet services!
