5/5 stars for the pharmacy staff. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. They are on the lookout to help me. I appreciate them. 2/5 stars for the Harmons philosophy behind having a pharmacy. First they stopped giving foodie points for Medicare-paid prescriptions. Medicare forced me to be on it. Not my fault. Second, I learned that Harmons lost the Medicare contract for medical devices. Fantastic pharmacy experience every time! The Harmons Santa Clara Pharmacy team is knowledgeable, super friendly, and genuinely caring—they take time to explain medications, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure everything is right before you leave. Love the convenient drive-thru for quick pickups, plus easy refills online or in-store. They accept most major insurances, offer immunizations, and it's a huge bonus being inside the amazing Harmons store (fresh produce, bakery, and more just steps away!). Excellent every time.
Was really friendly when they first opened , but now its like any other corporate business pharmacy. Micromanage and straight business. Too bad cause really enjoyed comming to harmons its no longer a " local family friendly Grocer" Digsby got them beat on that.
Always impressed at how fast and efficient the staff here is. They are always kind as well, especially with how busy they can be! I especially love the convince of the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions.
