I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Alders! She is by far the best Chiropractor I have been too. Lauren always greets you with a warm smile. I always feel like her full attention is on me. My initial session with Dr. Lauren was back in December 2022 and I have been seeing her consistently ever since. I had been hesitant about going to a chiropractor for a while, however, I intuitively knew that chiropractic care would be supportive for neck, shoulder, and lower back pain I was experiencing. Dr. Lauren has been amazing, puts you right at ease and is welcoming and intuitive. I went to her for lower back and hip pain, and it has tremendously helped my back, joint aches and as an added bonus my chronic headaches. She is professional, her space is wonderful and calming and she works from a holistic approach. Would highly recommend her for anyone looking to improve overall wellness and reduce pain.
Dr. Lauren is a very kind, understanding chiropractor who makes each visit feel like you are visiting a friend rather than a doctor's appointment. She has taken the time to get to know what was causing my ailments and has steadily helped ease my pain and gain a large amount of my range of motion back. Her office has a cozy feel, rather than your typical, sterile chiropractor office. This immediately will put you at ease knowing Dr. Lauren cares that you feel comfortable while you are being treated. Highly recommend her!!
