Lauren has miracle hands - everytime I leave my appointment I feel as though I have a new body and that I can take on the world. I always look forward to my next appointment. Lauren has done miraculous wonders with some severe inflammation in my arch area of my foot. I have been dealing with this pain for many years. Lauren is so experienced & skilled in her work. Her practice is so relaxing. She is an incredible listener & takes her time with each patient. I've never felt rushed or like a number. I started going to her while pregnant and feel like it has made a huge impact on my pregnancy. Will continue to see her after baby arrives & be bringing my baby to her too. She is truly a great fit for all ages & your entire family.
Dr. Lauren is incredible! As a postpartum, nursing mama with a clingy baby, I am constantly carrying extra weight and stress. Not only did she educate me about my body and the way I was carrying the weight/stress, she was also incredibly personable and easy to talk to! Having never seen a chiropractor before my visit, I was a little fearful, but I immediately felt relieved as she informed me of everything she was doing, when she was doing it, and its purpose. I walked out feeling so rejuvenated! Would highly recommend her!

After having my son I experienced a lot of lower back pain. I had been to other chiropractors but they just never seemed to fix it or work for me, I was still experiencing that lower back pain/ache. But once I started seeing Lauren at Harmonize, I feel so much better! I highly recommend!
