I went in not knowing what to expect and with an open heart, open mind and curiosity. I didn’t think there was ANY way I could remain quiet and not distracted/not look at my phone for 2+ hours (2 hours is the minimum recommended time)…but I did it and I didn’t want to leave! My back has been an ongoing painful problem and I felt relief as that was a big part of my intention for healing.
