I decided to give the harmonic egg a try after doing some research on sound therapy and its benefits. My experience was a great one, I chatted with the owner for a few minutes so she could customize my experience. We then went off to the egg and after getting comfortable in the chair the experience began. All I did was relax and listen to the sound, after about 20 minutes I felt my heart rate go down and felt every beat of my heart. Inside the egg I find calm but four sessions did not alter my life .
Inside the egg I find that the autonomic system has the right environment to regulate. I found that health issues are progressively corrected and can experience structural augmentation to my pineal gland as in cracking sounds . I feel muscle relaxation and calmer demeanor. I return for maintenance and fabulous events organized by Harmony & Friends.Give it a try if you did not find healing in a traditional setting. It works.
