I loved the session in the Harmonic Egg. The music, light therapy, and energy was so calming and peaceful. I was so relaxed after the session and most of the day. Sonya Diaz was amazing and explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience in the Egg. I was able to completely relax and enter a deep meditative state. Throughout the week I have continued to deepen my daily meditation and feel less stress and tension. I also have had my thyroid test in the normal range for the first time this year instead of being elevated! I will absolutely be back for another treatment.

I went to the harmonic egg for a little R&R while I was traveling from Northern California, where I frequently go to day spas. I was very impressed with the offerings at Therma Retreat, which were as good as anything I’ve got back home. Did not expect to find this gem in Boardman.
